We're looking for an experienced People Business Partner to help shape workforce strategy, organisational design, and talent development across a complex international environment.

What you'll be doing
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will:
- Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
- Lead and support large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Influence talent, succession, retention, and organisational development strategies.
- Use data, insights, and workforce analytics to inform decision-making.
- Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, foster inclusive cultures, and drive performance.
- Collaborate with centres of expertise to design and implement people initiatives that deliver real business impact.
- Lead complex organisational design and change projects from diagnosis through implementation.
What we're looking for
You'll be an accomplished HR professional with:
- ✅ Significant experience in strategic HR Business Partnering
- ✅ Proven experience supporting business transformation and organisational change
- ✅ Strong workforce planning and organisational design expertise
- ✅ Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders
- ✅ A data-driven approach to solving complex people challenges
- ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
- ✅ The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
