We're looking for an experienced People Business Partner to help shape workforce strategy, organisational design, and talent development across a complex international environment.

What you'll be doing

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will:

  • Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
  • Lead and support large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes.
  • Influence talent, succession, retention, and organisational development strategies.
  • Use data, insights, and workforce analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, foster inclusive cultures, and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with centres of expertise to design and implement people initiatives that deliver real business impact.
  • Lead complex organisational design and change projects from diagnosis through implementation.

What we're looking for

You'll be an accomplished HR professional with:

  • ✅ Significant experience in strategic HR Business Partnering
  • ✅ Proven experience supporting business transformation and organisational change
  • ✅ Strong workforce planning and organisational design expertise
  • ✅ Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders
  • ✅ A data-driven approach to solving complex people challenges
  • ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • ✅ The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
