The Opportunity Radar Healthcare's new People Business Partner At Radar Healthcare, we're on a mission to make healthcare safer through innovative technology. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded and people-focused People Business Partner to help us build a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, influencing change, and creating people solutions that drive business performance. What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

  • Strategic People Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring people strategies support business growth, innovation, and transformation. Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, and talent forecasting. Support organisational growth, restructuring, and integration activities as the business evolves.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Build trusted relationships across the organisation, supporting managers and employees through complex people challenges. Drive engagement initiatives informed by employee feedback, surveys, and insights.

  • Culture & Organisational Effectiveness Champion our values and help create an environment where people can do their best work. Support leaders through change programmes, restructures, team development, and communication planning. Foster collaboration across functions and help remove barriers that impact organisational effectiveness.

  • Talent, Learning & Performance Support the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives aligned to business priorities. Help shape career pathways, succession plans, mentoring programmes, and capability frameworks. Coach managers through performance conversations, goal setting, and performance review processes.

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Design and embed inclusive people practices that create equitable opportunities for all colleagues. Use data and feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen diversity, inclusion, belonging, and representation. Partner with leaders and employee groups to deliver meaningful and measurable improvements.

  • HR Operations, Policy & Compliance Develop and review people policies, frameworks, and manager guidance. Monitor employment legislation and emerging people trends, translating them into practical business recommendations. Ensure people processes remain compliant, scalable, and aligned to organisational values.

  • Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement Analyse workforce and organisational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Use evidence-based insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives. Present clear recommendations and meaningful people metrics to leaders.

  • AI & Future of Work Support the adoption of responsible AI-enabled people processes that improve efficiency and employee experience. Promote ethical, transparent, and compliant use of AI across people practices. Help build manager and colleague capability to leverage emerging technologies effectively.

  • Security, Quality & Risk Protect employee and organisational information through strong data protection and security practices. Identify and help mitigate people-related compliance, privacy, and quality risks. Maintain accurate records and complete all mandatory training requirements.

Your journey so far... Previous HR Business Partner or People Partner experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology, SaaS, healthcare technology, or scaling organisation. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Demonstrable experience building strong relationships with leaders and influencing decision-making. Experience developing or supporting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and organisational development initiatives. Strong with HRIS systems (HiBob is the system we use)
