This opportunity exists within Edgewell Personal Care, a global FMCG powerhouse, where you’ll align HR strategies with commercial ambitions. Step into a transformational role, transitioning from traditional HR support to a strategic business partner—responsible for guiding decisions that fuel the company’s expansion.
About This Role
Given the organisation’s exciting HR transformation, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, regional teams, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and Shared Services to drive a people strategy that supports commercial growth.
This position balances:
- 60% Strategic Partnering: Long-term, impactful initiatives.
- 40% Operational Delivery: Hands-on execution of key HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leaders across global operations, offering trusted HR advice on strategic matters (workforce planning, engaged, succession plans).
- Develop and execute local people strategies, translating business priorities into clear people recommendations.
- Deliver data-driven insights to inform decisions and visibility risks proactively.
- Advocate in change initiatives, supporting teams through transformation.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and warfare internal policies while championing decisions.
- Drive improvements to employee experience, wellbeing, and inclusion and belonging.
- Continue refining HR processes and lift practices across markets.
Who Are We Looking For?
HR professionals who:
- Enjoy Working at the intersection of strategy and operations, shaping functions that evolve.

- Have hands-on HR experience—ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced corporate sector.
Specific Fit for You?
If you: ✔ Bring experience partnering with senior commercial leaders and advising people strategy. ✔ Have a proactive, solutions-focussed mindset with strong stakeholder management. ✔ Demonstrate an analytical approach and interpret data to improve HR. ✔ Can leverage local labor markets or HR practices effectively (ideally multi-language). ✔ Embrace cross-cultural collaboration and evolving HR systems.

Background Wishes (but not exclusives)
- BSc, MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English fluency required, with an advantage for native or near-native European language speakers.
