Our People Team plays a vital role in helping our brands and central functions thrive. We’re looking for a commercially minded People Business Partner to join our Central Functions team at our Euston office. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior leaders, shape people plans that support business priorities, and use your expertise across employee relations, organisational change, talent, engagement and people data to make a meaningful impact across the business.

What you'll do:
- Partner with senior leaders across Central Functions to shape and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities.
- Provide trusted, commercially focused advice, constructive challenge and pragmatic people solutions.
- Coach and support managers to build confidence, capability and accountability in people management.
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and team structure reviews with clear, empathetic communication.
- Drive talent, succession and development conversations to strengthen capability and support retention.
- Use people data and engagement insight to identify trends, influence decisions and improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate across the People Team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service and contribute to continuous improvement.

Who you'll be:
- An experienced People Business Partner, Senior People Advisor or generalist People professional ready to operate at a strategic level.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to balance business priorities, employee experience and people-related risk.
- A trusted partner and confident coach, able to influence, support and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading or supporting organisational change, restructures, consultations and workforce planning activity.
- Skilled in managing complex employee relations matters with sound judgement, discretion and care.
- Data-confident, with the ability to turn people insight into clear recommendations and action.
- A clear communicator who can navigate sensitive conversations and complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proactive, collaborative and resilient, with a continuous improvement mindset.
