About the Role:

As a People Business Partner at Savanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the People/HR agenda within the organization. You will have a broad and holistic view of the company, considering various HR functions and their interdependencies. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with business leaders to provide guidance and support on people-related issues.

  • One of your key objectives will be to help create a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout Savanta. This means working closely with leaders and employees to foster an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • You will be a visible People coach to the business, offering guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and initiatives.
  • Additionally, part of your role will involve mentoring, training and managing other members of the global People/HR teams. By sharing your expertise and contributing to their development, you will help establish a trusted centre of excellence within the organization.

This role is based out of our London office with an expectation to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Significant generalist HR experience with demonstrable depth in UK employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law; familiar with EMEA employment landscapes.
  • Experience leading and developing HR team members.
  • Confident facilitator, able to run leadership forums and people-focused workshops.
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of line management.
  • Experience working in a multi-jurisdiction EMEA environment.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR, Freshdesk, Deel, or Boundless.
  • Experience contributing to career architecture, competency frameworks, or inclusion projects.
  • Background in professional services, research, or a data/insights environment.
