People Business Partner
Contract: 4 Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Rate: £210 – 226 per day PAYE
We're recruiting for an experienced People Business Partner to support a high-profile, large-scale workforce mobilisation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and lead the delivery of strategic people initiatives during a period of significant organisational growth and transformation.
You'll play a key role in embedding a workforce of over 150 employees, working closely with leadership teams and specialist HR functions to deliver a people plan that supports operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce and people strategies aligned to programme objectives.
- Lead the implementation of people initiatives across talent, organisational design, employee relations and change management.
- Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders on complex people matters.
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning & Development, to ensure successful workforce mobilisation.
- Use people data and insights to identify risks, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skillset
- Proven experience operating as a Senior People Business Partner or Head of HR within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrable success delivering large-scale organisational change, transformation or workforce mobilisation programmes (100+ FTE).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Experience designing and implementing strategic workforce and people plans.
- Excellent knowledge of employee relations, organisational development and change management.
- Confident using people data and business insights to support strategic decision-making.

- £210 - £226 per day PAYE.
