Overview

One of Lorien's key public sector clients are seeking to recruit an experienced People Change Delivery Consultant to support workplace transformation and people change initiatives. The role reports into the Chief People Officers and requires someone who can move from strategy into practical delivery, driving implementation, stakeholder engagement, organisational development, and change adoption activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and implement workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate change activity from planning through to execution.
  • Support role clarity, ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness.
  • Develop implementation plans, communications, and engagement materials.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Produce executive and board-level reports and presentations.
  • Influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes without direct line management responsibility.
  • Create practical frameworks, tools, and documentation for sustainable change.

  • Strong project delivery and stakeholder management capability.
