Your new company
I'm recruiting for a People Partner on a 6-month FTC with a major organisation based in the North Essex area. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation programme, partnering with senior leaders to shape the future organisation and workforce.
Your new role
The role will suit someone who has:
- Worked within a large, operational environment
- Experience of complex transformation, restructuring or organisational design projects
- Strong employee relations knowledge and employment law expertise
- A proven ability to build relationships with Trade Unions and lead consultation activity
- The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a large, complex organisation
- Strong employee relations and employment law expertise
- Experience operating within a unionised environment
- A track record of delivering organisational change, restructures and workforce transition programmes
- CIPD qualification or equivalent senior-level HR experience
