People Coordinator
As a People Coordinator in the hospitality sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Based in London, you'll help ensure the smooth running of HR processes that keep the business moving.
Client Details
This role is in the leisure, travel & tourism industry and is based in London. They are such a friendly team and the role offers genuine progression.
Description
- Coordinate and manage HR processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits management.
- Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support various projects and initiatives.

Profile
A Successful People Coordinator Should Have
- Worked in an HR role for circa a year and seeking to gain the next step in your career
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.

Job Offer
- A salary of £32,000 to £38,000, dependent on the candidate
- Performance-based bonus.
- Permanent position in London.
