Programme Overview

- Analytical thinking - using data, workforce insights and structured problem-solving to diagnose people-related challenges and develop commercially sound recommendations for clients.
- Collaboration - work effectively on multidisciplinary project teams and with clients to co-create solutions, facilitate discussion and challenge, and translate complex people challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Curiosity and motivation - continuously build knowledge in areas such as HR transformation, digital workforce and organisational change, while proactively seeking opportunities to develop skills and contribute beyond assigned tasks.
- Ownership and proactive mindset - take responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs on projects, contributing to proposals for new work and practice development, and actively seek ways to add value to clients and teams.

What You Will Be Doing
- Work on client engagements that help solve our clients’ most critical people challenges.
- Carry out impartial analysis using EY tools and methodologies to support understanding of our clients’ problems and identification of potential solutions.
- Apply data, technology and insights from client interactions and assessment to support problem solving.
- Collaborate with teams and clients across different parts of the business, sectors and locations.
- Embrace your own learning, taking opportunities to build skills through practical experiences, coaching and formal learning.
