Are you passionate about people and creating a great employee experience?
We're looking for a proactive and organised People Coordinator to join our People team.
In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to supporting employee relations processes and maintaining people records. You'll work closely with managers and colleagues to ensure our People processes run smoothly and deliver a positive experience for everyone.
This is a Monday-Friday role, looking for 25-30 hours per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR and make a real impact within a people-focused team. A People Professional apprenticeship is available to complete alongside this role, should this be desired by the successful candidate.
- Organising the induction process and hosting the day one onboarding presentation to new starters
- Drafting and sending employment contracts
- Completing pre-employment checks, such as DBS, references, and right-to-work checks
- Supporting general People Team administration and queries via emails and phone calls
- Organising and hosting engagement events
- Ensuring compliance checks are carried out in line with industry regulations
- Carrying out new starter check-ins, exit interviews, and maternity check-ins
- Supporting ER with note-taking and drafting letters
- Adhoc support across the People team when required

About You
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Previous HR or People administration experience is essential
