๐Ÿ“Location: London - Hybrid - 3 days in the office ๐Ÿ“ˆ Reporting to: People and Talent Manager ๐Ÿ’š Role type: Permanent / Full-time

Own the systems and workflows that keep a hybrid, global team running smoothly. You'll be the go-to for our People tools (including our HRIS and ATS), run the employee lifecycle end to end, lead in events that bring our culture to life every day - and keep our London HQ running seamlessly!

Your responsibilities:

People Operations (~50%)

  • Own and optimise the employee lifecycle โ€” onboarding, contract changes, offboarding โ€” and the workflows behind each
  • Look after our People tech stack โ€” keep systems connected, data accurate, and automation doing the heavy lifting
  • Maintain people data integrity โ€” producing recurring reporting (headcount, attrition, absence)
  • First-line response on People queries โ€” escalating where necessary
  • Lead engagement and culture โ€” global initiatives, London socials, recurring events that build connection in our global hybrid team
  • Talent Coordination โ€” drafting job specs and posting roles via our ATS, sourcing top talent and elevating our employer branding.

People & Culture Support (~25%)

  • Travel coordination - Lead our internal travel policy & system to support global bookings.
  • Lead on events & culture โ€“ organise company socials, seasonal celebrations. (including our Christmas party), team off-sites, and moments that bring people together.
  • Compliance-adjacent admin โ€“ right to work, references, policy acknowledgements.

Office Management (~25%)

  • Be the heartbeat of the office โ€“ ensure our London HQ runs like clockwork each day, keeping it welcoming, functional, and a space that employees love to work.
  • Coordinate suppliers and services โ€“ manage relationships with office vendors, landlords, and service providers to maintain a seamless environment.
  • Ensure compliance - Keep updated on Health & Safety regulations and building compliance.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience working in a people coordination role - ideally within a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up business.
  • Comfortable with using people data to support decisions and working with confidentiality
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • People-first approach with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture!
  • A self-starter mindset - you take ownership and make things happen.
