The Team

The People Team within Media & Entertainment operates at the heart of ITV’s creative and commercial engine. We partner closely with leaders and managers to deliver strategic people plans that align with our "More than TV" and overall People Strategies. Working alongside our specialised Centres of Excellence—including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, Occupational Health, and Diversity & Inclusion—we provide a seamless, high-quality, and comprehensive HR service that makes ITV a fantastic place to work.

The Role

We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis to provide essential administrative and operational support to the broader People Team.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will act as the primary operational contact for routine employee lifecycle processes. You will manage end-to-end admin workflows, maintain accurate data in our HR Information System (Oracle Fusion), support divisional projects and change initiatives, and serve as a helpful first point of contact for employee and manager queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing administrative workflows for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract variations, probation tracking, and offboarding.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for general employee and manager queries regarding routine People policies, processes, and systems.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records in Oracle Fusion, ensuring high data integrity, strict confidentiality, and regular running of standard reports/data audits.
  • Coordinating logistics for Occupational Health referrals, logging sickness absence, and assisting with standard risk assessment administration.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support to Business Partners for divisional restructures, projects, and Diversity & Inclusion programs.
  • Maintaining team documentation, including Org Charts, recruitment trackers, policy documents, and manager toolkits.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with HR Operations, Payroll, and Centres of Excellence to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to streamline day-to-day admin workflows and guiding managers on self-service systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
