People Coordinator

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, resourceful, and enthusiastic People Coordinator to join our lively People team, based in Pancras Square, King’s Cross, London.

You’ll be a key part of the team and the first point of contact for many of our employees and managers. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and administration across the employee lifecycle, making sure things happen accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is more than an HR administration role. You’ll have the opportunity to build your knowledge of the wider People function, develop your understanding of HR policies and processes, support managers and employees with day-to-day queries, and get involved in wider People projects and Group initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant or HR Administrator looking for their next step, where you can build your HR knowledge and experience while playing an important role in delivering a great employee experience.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative People team where you’ll get hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, build your understanding of People processes and employee relations, and contribute to projects beyond day-to-day administration.

You’ll have the support and exposure to develop your career while making a real difference to the employee experience. We’re also a team that is curious about how we can work smarter, including exploring how AI and new technology can help us improve our processes, enhance the employee experience, and make our roles more effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
