Role Overview

We are looking for a People Coordinator to support our teams based in London.

Working within the UK Local People Team and reporting to the VP People UK, you will oversee the complete employee lifecycle and support various project-based initiatives. You will have a range of characteristics crucial to this role including great prioritisation, attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure & maintaining a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all day-to-day administrative queries, responding to queries in our shared inbox and via Slack, within agreed timeframes.
  • Partner closely with the UK People team and Centres of Excellence to ensure the smooth running of the People department.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of accurate data on our People Systems including Workday and G-Suite.
  • Responsible for the accurate processing of the full employee life cycle processes and administration including, but not limited to, new starters, promotions, transfers, leavers, referencing and employee benefit management.
  • Managing onboarding for new starters including running our bi-weekly induction.
  • Managing UK Family Leave processes, acting as a trusted guide and support point for employees and line managers before, during, and upon return from leave.
  • Communicating with the business through our various channels including keeping our People Hub up to date and supporting messaging through email and Slack.
  • Supporting the execution of ongoing and new company wide People Initiatives including juggling project work with day to day tasks.
  • Oversee right-to-work checks, visa compliance, and local policy maintenance to ensure legal compliance and internal alignment.
  • Assist in the approach to communications and engagement, generating ideas and supporting in the execution.
  • Support in running reports and analysing people data on a regular basis.
  • Support annual benefit renewals and assist in managing vendor relationships to deliver a strong rewards offering.

About You

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also manage your own workload and work autonomously.
  • Understands the need for and adheres to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prior experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
  • Experience using an HRIS system and/or a recruitment system - Workday would be a bonus but is not essential.
  • Collaborative and solutions focused.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment.
