🚀 We’re hiring: People Coordinator
📍 Bristol | Hybrid | 2+ days in the office
We’re looking for a brilliant People Coordinator to join our small, busy and friendly People team consisting of a Head of People, People & Payroll Manager and L+D Business Partner.
This is definitely not a role where every day looks the same!
One minute you might be preparing contracts and onboarding a new starter, the next you could be coordinating training, supporting recruitment, updating our People system or helping the team with something completely unexpected.
We move quickly, priorities can change and there will be busy days. We need someone who can keep a cool head, stay organised and bring plenty of positive energy and enthusiasm to the team.⚡
✨ What will you be doing?
You’ll play an important role in keeping our People function running smoothly, including:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing contracts, letters and employee documentation
- Maintaining our HR system and making sure employee records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting Learning & Development activities, including coordinating training and keeping training records up to date
- Supporting recruitment by screening CVs, doing screening calls and coordinating interviews
- Producing People reports and maintaining key HR data
- Supporting absence, holiday and family leave admin
- Keeping on top of probation periods and other key employee lifecycle dates
- Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for People queries through a shared inbox
- Supporting People projects and initiatives across the business
- Getting stuck in and helping the wider team when priorities change

What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll already have experience working in an HR or People administration role and be ready to take on a varied position with plenty of responsibility.
We’d love you to bring the below but we are looking for the right person so please do apply even if you don't tick all of the boxes!
- Previous HR or People administration experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, or currently working towards it
- Experience supporting Learning & Development activities
- Experience using PeopleHR or another HRIS
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with data
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
