People Coordinator
London | Hybrid | 3 days per week in Support Office / Brasseries
We’re growing, changing and doing things a little differently and our People Team is right at the heart of it.
We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join the team and become the person who keeps everything moving. You’ll be the friendly, organised and super-reliable first point of contact for the People Team, making sure colleagues get the support they need and nothing falls through the cracks.
If you’re someone who loves a spreadsheet as much as you love working with people, has brilliant attention to detail, takes ownership and is always looking for a better way of doing things, this could be an ideal opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a genuinely varied role, so no two days will look quite the same. You’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for the People Team, managing our People inbox and responding to day-to-day queries.
- Provide generalist People support across onboarding, employee engagement, culture and the employee lifecycle.
- Own our Right to Work process, making sure checks are completed and visa expiries are proactively managed.
- Keep our People data and systems accurate, including Sona, spreadsheets and employee records.
- Manage new starters, leavers, fixed-term contracts and contractual changes, including promotions and salary changes.
- Produce regular and ad hoc People reports, helping us turn data into useful insight.
- Support investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, including taking accurate and confidential notes.
- Support our People Partners with bonus letters, employee communications and key People processes.
- Look after our benefits and rewards, including our length-of-service awards and our reward pots.
- Manage relationships with our benefits providers and coordinate renewals for Bupa, private medical insurance and life assurance.
- Help keep our People policies, SharePoint People Hub and All Gravy up to date, useful and relevant.
- Be the go-to person for brasserie recruitment and ATS queries, as well as supporting recruitment for management and Support Office roles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
