A well-established, multi-site organisation in the private sector is seeking an experienced People Coordinator to join its friendly and fast-paced People Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an open, supportive and down-to-earth HR team.
The organisation operates within a complex, matrix environment and is entering a further period of change and potential business growth. Due to this, the contract may be extended or develop into a permanent opportunity, (although this cannot be guaranteed at this stage).
Your new role
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will help ensure that day-to-day people processes run efficiently and accurately. Working alongside other People Coordinators and experienced Senior People Advisors, you will support colleagues and managers throughout the full employee life cycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, maternity and paternity administration
- Preparing contracts, changes to terms and other employee documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee information within the HR system and supporting audits and reporting
- Managing queries through the central People inbox, providing clear and professional responses
- Supporting payroll preparation across multiple business entities
- Processing People Operations invoices and raising purchase orders
- Taking accurate notes during employee relations meetings
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and wider People projects
- Building relationships with colleagues across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in an HR administration, People Services or coordination role, ideally gained within a busy and fast-moving environment. You will be highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and committed to maintaining accurate employee records.
