  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Location: Remote role (with occasional travel)
  • Salary: £27,290
  • Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)

Reporting to the People Compliance Lead, the People Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate and people-focused service across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with colleagues across the People team and the wider business, you will support new starters, employee changes, leavers and compliance processes, ensuring all People administration is completed accurately, compliantly and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

  • Support the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding, contractual changes, secondments, promotions, salary changes, and leaver processes.
  • Prepare and issue employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts of employment, contract amendments, and other employee correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring all data is up to date, confidential, and audit-ready.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references, Right to Work, and DBS checks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor ongoing compliance requirements, including Right to Work re-checks, DBS re-checks for salaried staff, and other regulatory obligations, liaising with employees and operational teams where required.
  • Support sponsorship administration for new and existing employees, ensuring processes are completed in line with Home Office guidance and internal policies.
  • Provide first-line support for People queries, escalating complex matters to the appropriate People teams where required.
  • Support the wider team with maintaining accurate compliance and employee data.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People team and branches to deliver a consistent, professional, and people-first service.

Qualifications

  • You can resonate with the Group values and these underpin your behavior principles.
  • A highly organized, methodical, and confident approach with the ability to work independently and is solution-focused.
  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role (a minimum of 2 years).
  • An understanding of right to work compliance and sponsorships.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • An engaging approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using in-house systems.
  • You want to support the drive to make CCH Group the best place to work in care.
