Are you passionate about people, customer service and are highly organised?

We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key part in delivering a high quality, people focused service across Falmouth University and our partner organisation Falmouth Exeter Plus.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be at the heart of our people operations function. You will act as a first point of contact for managers, employees, and workers, responding to a wide range of employment-related queries and providing timely, accurate advice in line with policy and legislation.

  • Involved in all stages of the employment lifecycle, from supporting starters through to leavers, processing contractual changes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Carry out essential compliance activities such as right to work and DBS checks.
  • Support the administration of annual leave, sickness, and family leave.

Working closely with colleagues across People & Culture, you will contribute to delivering a consistent, professional, and positive service. This is a great opportunity to build broad experience across People & Culture while contributing to a service that has a real impact on the employee experience.

You are organised, detail-focused, and enjoy working with people. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, responding to queries, and finding solutions in a busy operational environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
