Full time People Coordinator role based in Coventry. This role is fully office based.
Client Details
My client is an international education provider based in Coventry who are looking for a People Coordinator.
Description
- Manage recruitment and pre-employment checks, including contracts, references, DBS, right-to-work and qualifications.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters, ensuring documentation, HRIS records and inductions are completed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and process changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, contractual amendments and leavers.
- Support monthly payroll, pensions and benefits by coordinating employee changes and resolving payroll queries.
- Administer probation and employee lifecycle processes, including absence, family leave, flexible working and offboarding.
- Ensure GDPR, safeguarding and employment compliance, while contributing to process improvements and wider People & Culture projects.

Profile
- Previous experience in HR, People Operations or HR Administration.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, payroll and records.
- Excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential employee information professionally and accurately.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and Microsoft Office/HR systems skills.
- Desirable: UK employment law knowledge, education/multi-site experience, payroll experience and CIPD Level 3.
- Can commute to Coventry.
