About The Role
Together we can change children’s lives. At Place2Be, we believe every child should have easy access to mental health support whenever they need it. We create a safe place in schools where children and young people can open up without pressure or stigma. Allowing our highly skilled and diverse counsellors to reach children, young people and their families who need us.
As People and Culture Advisor, you will play an important role in helping us create a positive colleague experience. Working closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, you will provide practical, timely and people-centred advice on a wide range of people matters.
You will support managers to navigate employee relations matters with confidence, contribute to projects and policy development, and use data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who combines sound people practice knowledge with compassion, curiosity and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
