People & Culture Advisor | ISS | London | 12-Month FTC
Are you an experienced People & Culture professional looking for your next opportunity with a global organisation?
ISS is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join the team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll partner with managers across the business, providing trusted advice and guidance across a range of people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations, smaller-scale restructures and P&C policies and processes.

What you’ll be doing:
- Advising and coaching managers on day-to-day people matters and best practice.
- Supporting ER investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Providing guidance on restructures and TUPE.
- Supporting union engagement and employee relations matters.
- Building strong relationships with managers and employees across the business.
- Helping promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a strong People/HR generalist or advisory role.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Experience with Employee Relations and ideally some TUPE and trade union exposure.
- Strong communication, coaching, mediation and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualified, studying towards CIPD, or equivalent experience.
