Location: Bracknell, fully office based

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience

Our client is seeking a talented People & Culture Business Partner to spearhead their HR initiatives and help shape an exciting transformation journey. Key Responsibilities

Culture & Values

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Embed organisational values into all people practices.
  • Advise the CEO and senior leadership on people-related risks, opportunities, and trends.
  • Lead organisational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Operational HR & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and health & safety regulations.
  • Lead employee relations, including performance management, absence, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Maintain accurate HR policies and contracts, along with HR data, metrics, and reporting.

People Management

  • Develop leadership capabilities and enhance management effectiveness.
  • Coach and support managers in people-management skills.
  • Embed robust performance management frameworks.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment efforts that promote a strong employer brand and inclusive practices.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Lead initiatives for talent development and retention.

Reward, Wellbeing & Engagement

  • Manage pay, benefits, and annual review processes.
  • Deliver innovative employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Measure and enhance employee engagement.

Personal Attributes & Experience

  • 3 years' HR generalist experience, with a genuine passion for people, culture, and employee experience
  • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools daily to improve efficiency, workflows, and decision-making
  • A builder mentality who enjoys creating, improving, and automating processes rather than simply administering them
  • Previous experience supporting end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates, not solely interview coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with employees and leaders across the business
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and motivated by finding smarter ways of working and reducing manual processes wherever possible
  • CIPD Level 3/5 or equivalent experience.
