Job Title: People & Culture Administrative Support

As a People & Culture Administrative Support, you will play an integral role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and employees across Foxtons. Working across our HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent functions, you will provide administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR and Talent Acquisition inboxes, acting as a first point of contact for employee and candidate enquiries.
  • Update and maintain employee, candidate and learning records across company systems.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, completing compliance checks and coordinating new starter activity.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessment centres, inductions and training programmes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and education partners to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare employee documentation relating to promotions, contractual changes, references, benefits and payroll updates.
  • Provide administrative support across HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development activities.
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes, ensuring sessions are organised, communicated and accurately recorded.
  • Maintain training, compliance and programme records, monitoring attendance, completion and audit requirements.
  • Produce reports, trackers and management information to support People & Culture activities and decision making.
  • Support employee engagement, onboarding and feedback initiatives, helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including absence administration, leavers and exit interviews.

About You

As well as having excellent organisational skills, a good knowledge of Excel and meticulous attention to detail, we are looking for someone capable of prioritising a busy workload and who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. Previous experience within HR, recruitment or administration would be beneficial, but is not essential.
