Job Title: People & Culture Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Leamington Spa – Hybrid

Reports to: People Operations & Recruitment Manager

Contract Type: 30 hours per week (can be considered over 4 or 5 days during office hours) fixed term contract for 6 months

Salary: £20,800 pro rata

About the role

Reporting to the People Operations & Recruitment Manager, you will support the People & Culture Team with a variety of people related activities encompassing elements of the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit.

You will provide proactive administration and coordination across the whole department including onboarding, payroll, L&D, comms and additional support for the recruitment team. The role will include processing new starters, contract amendments and leavers, generating MI reports, and administering our pension and other benefits and processes. You will also collate all information for the monthly retail payroll and work with our payroll provider to ensure this is all processed and paid accurately.

Creating great relationships with our managers and teams will be key to the role and the ability to think on your feet, be autonomous and work with pace will be crucial.

About you

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced coordinator, ideally with a background in supporting a variety of people-related processes. We are a busy team, so you should enjoy working in this type of environment and getting stuck in to support across the specialisms in the team when required.

Experience in HR or recruitment would be an advantage. While your previous experience and skills are important, we place equal value on your mindset and ability to quickly learn and adapt.

You’ll need confidence working with systems, data and in particular excel, and the ability to build strong relationships across Bravissimo and influence when necessary to help ensure our people receive the best possible experience.
