Job Description

People & Culture Coordinator

We are looking for a professional and organised People & Culture Coordinator to support all aspects of Human Resources within our hotel. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Support and advise as requested on HR policies, procedures, disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Produce HR reports as requested by the General Manager.
  • Organise and deliver employee induction and training programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Act as the hotel's Sustainability Ambassador, promoting environmental initiatives, supporting Accor sustainability programmes, encouraging team engagement in sustainable practices, and helping the hotel achieve its sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a People & Culture role.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
