Our Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a people-focused employee experience.

As our business scales, you’ll be working on HR administration, employee engagement, policy implementation, and people initiatives. This is a mid-level role suited to someone who is confident working across the employee lifecycle, enjoys building strong relationships, and can balance day to day coordination.

You’ll be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical, responsive support while helping create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.

  • Coordinate end to end employee lifecycle processes, including probation, changes to employment, leave, transfers and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
  • Produce regular reports and insights as required.
  • Prepare employment documentation, letters, contracts, and other people-related correspondence.
  • Support managers and employees with day to day People & Culture queries.
  • Ensure people processes are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
  • Help create a positive and consistent employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Gather feedback and support the implementation of actions arising from engagement activities.
  • Coordinate performance, annual and probation reviews, ensuring managers and employees have the right information and support.
  • Assist managers with people development processes and resources.
  • Act as a visible and approachable People & Culture presence across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver people-related initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
