Compassion UK is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

This is a varied opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting colleagues and helping essential People & Culture processes run effectively. From responding to HR enquiries and coordinating recruitment activities to maintaining accurate employee information and supporting engagement, learning and people projects, no two days will be quite the same.
Working alongside our People & Culture Business Partner and wider team, you’ll help provide a professional, responsive and people-focused service. You’ll build trusted relationships across the organisation and help turn People & Culture priorities into practical support for colleagues.
If you have strong HR support and administration experience, excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive employee experience, this could be a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your skills within a Christ-centred organisation.

- Location: Office-based at Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire
- Position: Maternity cover | Full-time | 35 hours per week
- Salary: £30,040 per annum
