Job Description
A media-focused business that sits at the intersection of finance and the creative industries, is looking for a new P&C Manager to join the team as soon as possible.
Role Overview
Reporting into an experienced international Head of People, this is a broad, hands-on generalist role that takes ownership of the UK People function, supporting around 50 employees while also contributing to wider international projects. Although they are a well-established business, they retain the energy and pace of a growing entrepreneurial business, with a collaborative culture and plenty of opportunity to make a visible impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Involved in every aspect of the employee lifecycle, including ER, payroll and benefits, recruitment, and systems
- Wider project work around engagement and process improvements
- An ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a lean team and is motivated by building and improving people practices
Requirements
- Strong HR generalist experience
- Confidence managing ER cases
- Solid operational and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while building trusted relationships across the business
- Payroll exposure would be beneficial
- Experience in a fast-paced, creative or entrepreneurial environment
