People & Culture Officer (Full-time, 37.5 hours a week)
Location: Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1UB
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Officer to provide advice to the group in relation to absence, health and wellbeing, and a range of employment issues as required. Support homes to create a culture that promotes our values and allows individuals to thrive. All employees are bound by the company rules and the residents charter.
Responsibilities
- The People & Culture officer will be responsible for the onboarding process of allocated homes, ensuring all systems, our website, and our e-learning platform, contain relevant information and are up to date.
- Completing employment documentation in line with company procedures and ensuring the process is carried out in line with employment law, immigration law, and CQC regulations.
- Travel will also be required to other sites within the Company as and when required.

- Must be a driver and have a CIPD level 5 or working towards.
- Must have sound knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, particularly with recruitment and onboarding.
- Must be able to support our homes and management teams efficiently.
- Must have a strong attention to detail, strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and with different audiences in a friendly and professional manner.
