You'll play a key role in building a high performing operational team within a fast paced beauty manufacturing environment. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll be shaping organisational design, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding performance and reward practices that drive performance, and enhance engagement.
As our pulse-checker, you'll be actively listening to our people, championing engagement initiatives, and creating programs that keep energy high and turnover low.
What You'll Have
- Business-related degree or equivalent and ideally be a chartered member of CIPD and or equivalent experience
- Significant proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, where priorities can shift quickly, is a must.
- Data led, to leverage people analytics, uncovering insights and spotting trends early
- Strong employee relations expertise, an area which you enjoy, with the ability to manage complex cases, translating evolving employment law into practical solutions.
- Support managers in performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives
- Think commercially, applying people initiatives within an operational environment about long-term business goals and people challenges
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and best people practices.
