At Babcock we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a People Data Analyst at one of our UK sites.

The role

As a People Data Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll join our People Data, Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning team, helping to drive data-informed decision-making across Babcock International Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a growing and evolving people analytics function, transforming complex workforce data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions.

You'll collaborate with HR professionals and business stakeholders across the organisation, delivering impactful analytics that support workforce planning, organisational growth, and operational success. • Design, develop and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that bring workforce data to life.
  • Automate and improve reporting processes using tools such as SQL, Power Query and DAX.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis, project work and strategic reporting that supports business performance and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
