About the Role
At Enfuce, we're on a mission to reshape the future of payments. We're building the most sustainable and scalable issuer processing platform in Europe, and our people are the foundation of that.
This role sits in our People Team and reports to our Chief People Officer. We build our people experience the same way you'd build a product. We look at what people actually need, we build it, we measure it and we improve it. To do that well we need good data, and right now ours needs work. That's where you come in.
You'll take our people data from where it is today to something we can genuinely rely on: clean, structured, and connected properly into Enfuce's central data platform. From there you'll turn it into the insights that shape what we build next, and the evidence that tells us whether it worked.
The role will evolve over time. To begin with it's roughly 90% foundation work, getting our data into shape. Once that's solid, more of your time will go into feeding real data into the agents and AI-powered people products we're building. It's a data role the whole way through, the focus just shifts as we go.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You won't be doing this on your own. You'll work day to day with the People Team, and you'll be connected to our central Data & AI team for platform, standards and your own development. You'll also work closely with our People Product Lead, who builds our People Products and AI automations and will rely on your data to do it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build a data foundation we can trust. Get our people data clean and reliable, own the quality across our systems, and move our reporting to ThoughtSpot together with the central Data & AI team. Very few People teams have ever done this properly.
- Turn data into direction. Dig into where we lose time, what causes friction, and what really drives engagement and retention. Bring us ideas that come out of what you've found, and give our leaders something they can act on.
- Connect people's data to the business. Linked up with Finance it makes headcount planning and forecasting much sharper. Built into our leading and lagging indicators, it shows how our people connect to what the business is trying to achieve.
- Prove what we build works. Set the success measures before we build something, then go back afterwards and check whether it was delivered. We'd rather find out quickly and change course than be right slowly.
- Power the AI builds. Work with the People Product Lead on agents, automations and AI-powered people products. You'll build the data layer they run on and measure what they're worth. This part of the role grows as we go.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, taking messy raw data through to a clear insight and a recommendation. Experience embedded in a business function is even better.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake (preferred), BigQuery, or Databricks. You're comfortable working with large datasets and understanding how data moves from source systems into analytical models.
- Hands-on experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering practices. You know how to build maintainable transformation pipelines, structure models, test and document data, and manage dependencies between datasets.
- Comfort with Git-based development workflows. Version control, branches, pull or merge requests, code review, and collaborative development are a normal part of how you work.
- Strong experience with modern BI and analytics platforms, such as ThoughtSpot (preferred), Looker, or Omni. You've built dashboards and analytical experiences that people genuinely use, and you understand how the BI layer connects to the underlying data models and sources.
- Experience working with sensitive data and analytics access controls. You understand concepts such as role-based access, row-level security, column-level security, data masking, and least-privilege access, and can apply them pragmatically when working with sensitive People data.
