The Team
The Global People Data Analytics & Reporting (GDAR) team sits within Global People Technology (GPT) and is responsible for delivering trusted people data, reporting, and insights to HR and business leaders across the organization. The team partners with HR stakeholders globally to design, build, and sustain scalable reporting and analytics solutions, while championing data quality, governance, and automation. As part of an ongoing transformation, the team is evolving from a reactive, ad-hoc reporting model to a proactive, insight-led, self-service analytics capability. This role will help strengthen the team’s presence and capability across the EMEA region, working closely with regional stakeholders and the wider global team.
How you will contribute
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the region and globally.
- Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support timely decision-making across the organization.
- Collect, integrate, analyze, and interpret global HR data sets from various sources and systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity across all HR systems and reports.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to optimize data systems and reporting tools.
- Assist in the development of data models and database structures to support scalable reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Own the technical administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Power Apps-based Performance Development tool, ensuring it runs reliably and meets evolving business needs.
- Build, automate, and maintain reporting and workflows on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse) to support performance development and HR reporting needs.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the Performance Development tool, troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, and providing user support and training.
- Comply with applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in all data handling and reporting activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
