People Data & Systems Manager
Are you passionate about using data, systems and technology to improve the employee experience and enable better business decision-making? We're looking for a People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of our people systems, reporting and analytics capability, ensuring we have the insights, processes and tools needed to support an engaging and high-performing workplace. We're particularly interested in someone with a curious mindset and a willingness to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance processes, strengthen insights and improve efficiency across the People function.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine systems expertise, data analysis and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate people data into meaningful insights and drive smarter ways of working.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (Duties)
- Act as the subject matter expert and lead administrator for our People systems, ensuring data integrity, security and effective system performance.
- Develop and maintain People dashboards, reports and workforce analytics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across People processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency and enhanced user experience.
- Manage statutory and organisational reporting requirements, including diversity, workforce and people metrics.
- Support People projects and organisational change initiatives by providing robust workforce data, analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data governance standards and best practice in relation to employee data management.

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Experience)
- Experience working in a People Systems, HRIS, People Analytics or workforce reporting role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights to a range of audiences.
- Experience producing dashboards, reports and management information using tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, GDPR and best practice approaches to maintaining data quality and security.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making.
- Experience of driving process improvement, systems optimisation or digital transformation initiatives would be highly desirable.

This role can be based out of Belfast or London

Salary
£45,000 - £52,000 (subject to experience) + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits package
