Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) People Data & Reward Analyst

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent People Data & Reward Analyst to join our Human Resources team in London. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering people data, reporting, analytics and insights that support decision-making across the business. You will also support reward and benefits activities, including benchmarking and annual reward processes, while helping to identify and develop opportunities to use AI to improve HR processes and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, Workday reports and people analytics to provide meaningful insights to HR, senior leaders and the wider business.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reporting across key HR activities including headcount, talent and succession, performance management and remuneration reviews.
  • Managing headcount forecasting and reporting through Workday Adaptive, including monitoring actual versus budgeted headcount.
  • Supporting the production of Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting and other people-related regulatory and management information.
  • Supporting salary and bonus benchmarking activities, reward analysis and the annual pay and bonus review cycle.
  • Assisting with reward research, incentive design and benefits analysis to support effective reward decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes through AI tools and supporting the development and adoption of AI capabilities across the HR function.
  • Contributing to a range of HR projects aligned to TMK's people and culture strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
  • Experience presenting data and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to a range of stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of business performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience of Workday would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • An interest in HR technology and AI, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
