Whether you’ll be partnering with stakeholders and business areas across Home Group, or supporting the delivery of our key People Development projects, you’ll make a difference by helping our colleagues grow, thrive and deliver a brilliant service to our customers. What You’ll Do
- Partner with teams across Home Group to identify people development needs and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring our colleagues have the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed.
- Apply the consultancy cycle to design, deliver and evaluate people development interventions.
- Lead and support people development projects, aligned to our strategy and key priorities.
- Influence and support brilliant practice across our People Development team.
- Collaborate with HRD colleagues to ensure joined-up, consistent support.

You have
- Experience of project management and applying the consultancy cycle in a range of strategic people development products. You’ll bring extensive knowledge of strategic people development best practice, current trends and evidence-based solutions.
- Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating a range of people development, delivered across multiple teams in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience of facilitating group sessions. You’ll be confident, with excellent verbal communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders; influencing, coaching and constructively challenging.
- A proactive, creative and solutions focused approach. Experience of developing and implementing innovative solutions to people development interventions.
- You’ll be a great organiser and driver, with a win-win approach to best out of our colleagues and managers through brilliant coaching and support to drive our strategy.

The practical bits
- You’ll work Monday to Friday
- We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in the office, the rest from home and some occasional travel and working from other locations
- Our office anchor day is Tuesday and the second day is up to you to meet the needs of your stakeholders
