Sherwood Forest Are Delighted To Offer 3 Apprenticeship Opportunities Within The People Directorate

The posts will be for a fixed term for 18 months in which training and support will be given to achieve Level 3 in Business Administration. You will work within 1 of the following teams:

Recruitment Team

You will support the Recruitment Team by using the Trac system to coordinate and manage key stages of the recruitment process. This includes issuing shortlisting requests to hiring managers, arranging interviews, monitoring recruitment progress, and following up on outstanding interview outcomes.

Rostering Services

You will support the maintenance of electronic staff rosters, ensuring information is accurate and updated in line with Trust policies and procedures, record and monitor staff absences, annual leave and other workforce information within rostering systems. You will also support the creation and maintenance of staff rosters under the guidance of experienced team members alongside other tasks.

People Analytics

You will support the data entry of Learning Data in the Electronic Staff Record and provide administrative support to the People Analytics Team. You will also be shadowing the People Analytics professionals to gain insight and knowledge of the role.

You will be working in a busy office environment in various teams, so this apprenticeship would suit someone who is organised and has good time management skills.
