Your Role:

At EIT, we are seeking a collaborative and delivery-focused Analyst to join our People and Engagement team. The Analyst, People & Engagement will provide project, portfolio, reporting, and analytical capability across the People & Engagement function. The Analyst role acts as a capacity multiplier by helping ensure priorities are well planned, actively managed, and informed by high-quality data and insight.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across multiple activities from Planning to Delivery. It will suit someone who can move comfortably between data production and analysis, project and programme, reporting, and presentations as well as enjoying task-based practical delivery. The role is intended to create additional capacity and insight across the function, rather than operate as a traditional executive support or HR operations role.

Your Responsibilities:

Portfolio & Programme Management

  • Maintain the People & Engagement roadmap and portfolio, providing clear visibility of priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Coordinate the regular rhythm of review, ensuring progress, issues, and actions are accurately captured and followed through.
  • Produce clear reporting and identify where priorities are at risk or additional intervention is required.
  • Support annual and ongoing People planning, including resource, budget, and priority tracking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
