Are you passionate about employee experience, engagement and creating cultures where people feel heard, valued and supported?

We're looking for a People Engagement Officer to play a key role in shaping employee experience across a growing and evolving organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the People function, helping turn employee feedback into meaningful action, supporting organisational change, and ensuring people remain at the centre of business decisions.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with HR, operational leaders, communications and transformation teams to improve engagement, strengthen culture and support the people side of change. You'll be the driving force behind employee listening initiatives, helping leaders understand what matters most to their people and ensuring action follows insight.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading employee engagement surveys, focus groups, forums and feedback channels
  • Turning employee insight into practical, measurable action plans
  • Partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience
  • Tracking progress and helping communicate the actions being taken
  • Coordinating people communications, ensuring messages are clear, engaging and accessible
  • Managing and developing people-focused communications, including internal newsletters
  • Supporting culture, engagement and well being initiatives throughout the year
  • Helping embed organisational values into everyday people processes
  • Supporting transformation and change programmes through effective communication and employee engagement activities

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong people insight with exceptional communication and delivery skills.

You'll likely bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in employee engagement, HR, people communications, organisational change, culture or employee experience roles
  • Experience working within a People/HR environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to analyse feedback and translate it into meaningful actions
  • Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
  • An interest in technology and how it shapes employee experience and organisational change
