About The Role

The People Experience Advisor (DEI) plays a key role in the delivery of inclusion actions to embed an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued, respected and able to thrive. This role is responsible for execution of the firm inclusion strategy alongside the DEI Manager and People Experience Advisor (DEI and Wellbeing), ensuring inclusion initiatives are delivered and embedded across the firm.

The role works closely with leaders, managers and team members in supporting the delivery of key people experience activities across the employee lifecycle, helping to create a culture of inclusion aligned to our culture of doing the right thing, taking responsibility and showing respect across all we do.

Whilst this role is focused on the DEI agenda, you will be part of a broader people experience team and have the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives across the broader people experience portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
