About The Role And Team

The People Experience Advisor (Engagement & Performance) plays a key role in creating an engaging, high-performing workplace where everyone can do their best work. The role is responsible for executing and supporting delivery of the higher performance and engagement and employee voice strategies alongside the People Experience Manager leads. Key activities include cyclical people processes such as the annual performance cycle and global people survey as well as wider people experience initiatives and projects. Working closely with the wider people and culture teams the advisor will ensure activities are delivered effectively, insights are analysed and actions are implemented to enhance the team member experience.

The role works closely with leaders, managers and team members in supporting the delivery of key people experience activities across the employee lifecycle, helping to create a culture of higher performance, engagement and embed our culture of doing the right thing, taking responsibility and showing respect across all we do.

Whilst this role is focused on the engagement and performance agendas, you will be part of a broader people experience team and have the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives across the broader people experience portfolio.

Engagement and Employee Voice

  • Support the delivery of the Engagement & Employee Voice strategy, helping to embed listening, insight and action across the firm.
  • Coordinate and maintain the annual employee voice calendar, ensuring listening activity is planned, joined up and aligned to firmwide priorities.
  • Support with the delivery of the Global People Survey (GPS) and other listening activities
  • Analyse feedback from surveys, listening activity and other employee voice channels to identify key themes and opportunities.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and presentations highlighting key engagement trends and insights.
  • Support the development of communications to close the feedback loop and demonstrate how employee voice is shaping decisions.
  • Track and report on progress against engagement and employee voice action plans, helping to ensure feedback leads to visible change.
  • Develop toolkits and templates for leaders and people managers to support action planning, listening activity and meaningful follow-up on employee feedback.
  • Support with the co-ordination of pre and post survey communications including updating SharePoint site communications and pages.
  • Maintain employee voice resources, FAQs, SharePoint pages and guidance materials so they remain clear, accessible and up to date.

Performance Management

  • Support the delivery of annual and cyclical performance management activities, including goal setting, check-ins, end-of-year reviews and feedback.
  • Take responsibility for key cyclical activities including the mid and end of year reviews.
  • Coordinate performance cycle timelines, communications, guidance and training materials.
  • Design and update SharePoint site communications and pages.
  • Provide support and advice to team members and people managers on performance processes and systems.
  • Monitor performance cycle completion rates and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyse performance data to identify themes, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support calibration and moderation activities where required.
  • Maintain and update performance management resources, FAQs and process documentation.

People Experience

  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the team member experience.
  • Gather and analyse people data, feedback and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Responsible for designing and owning creation of people experience pages on our intranet
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the people and culture team to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Contribute to projects that support organisational culture, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition and employee engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify people processes and improve user experience.
  • Build effective working relationships with business leaders, people managers and the broader P&C team.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for performance, engagement and employee voice and broader people experience related queries.
  • Support presentations, workshops and briefing sessions for stakeholders.
  • Ensure key messages and communications are clear, engaging and aligned with firm priorities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working within people and culture, people experience, employee engagement, performance management or a related role.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present people data and insights.
  • Stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience producing reports, presentations and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive people experience.
  • Experience of building and maintaining SharePoint pages.
