UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.
This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as our People Experience Co-ordinator.
This role will suit someone who loves working in a collaborative and supportive team, whilst owning and juggling multiple responsibilities. They will have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and will be driven to provide the best people experience to our colleagues. They will have good attention to detail; be organized and able to work to their own initiative.
The People Function is becoming a stronger strategic partner within UNICEF UK. As we work on our next 3-year strategy and embark upon Strategic Workforce Planning, it’s anticipated that the People Team and this role will change. The successful postholder will be someone who is excited by change, wants to be a part of the solution, and who thrives in an agile environment, flexibly working across teams and boundaries to provide prioritized outcomes.
Please bear in mind that when you write your response to our application questions, you demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and understanding of the role requirements and how well UNICEF UK’s values and mission aligns with yours. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT to generate your answers, will automatically exclude your application from our recruitment process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
