New Opportunity – People Experience Partner

Location: Remote - Ideally based in the Midlands
Salary: Competitive
Perm / Also considering contractors

I am currently looking to speak with experienced People Experience professionals for a new opportunity within a progressive People function.

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of People Experience, this role will play an important part in shaping and improving the employee experience across key moments of the employee lifecycle, with an initial focus on onboarding and the continued development of Enboarder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing and continuously improving employee onboarding journeys.
  • Building and configuring engaging onboarding experiences within Enboarder.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across HR and the wider business to understand employee needs and identify opportunities to improve the overall people experience.
  • Mapping key employee journeys and identifying areas where processes, communication and technology can be improved.
  • Creating engaging and consistent communications and touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting wider People Experience initiatives and projects aligned to engagement, culture and employee experience.
  • Using employee feedback, insight and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with People Technology and HR teams to ensure systems and processes support a seamless employee experience.
  • Helping to embed a consistent and engaging experience across different business areas and locations.
  • Supporting the Head of People Experience with the delivery of the wider People Experience strategy.
