About QXi
Over 20 years in, we're a top player in global tech recruitment. QXi Group is home to three distinct technology brands; Montash, Remobi and Trillion. Each operating with its own identity, specialism and market position but sharing common infrastructure, values and ambition.
QXi has been built on the agility, drive and quality of its people. We're a business built on the quality of our people and we're looking for someone to help us look after them.
Why this role matters
We're scaling fast across every brand, every team and every hub. As we grow geographically, we want someone to own the experience of working here: our culture, our engagement, our events, and the little moments that make people glad they joined and stayed.
This is a rare early-career opportunity with genuine ownership from day one. You'll be fully coached, trained and supported by our Group Operations Director, giving you the platform to run your own remit and make a visible impact across the whole group. If you understand the importance of a people first culture, aren’t afraid to be the go-to person and want a role where you can genuinely make your mark, this is it.
What you'll do
- Own the full employee lifecycle - manage our HRIS System (HiBob) and our full employee lifecycle. This includes the day-to-day people administration and analytics across all locations. You'll be fully trained and supported across all HR areas as you grow into them.
- Own our Employee Value Proposition - take full ownership of EVP execution across the group, from events to benefits to market benchmarking of our benefits, making sure what we offer stays competitive and compelling.
- Own engagement, culture and internal communications - you'll drive these and own all internal culture-related communications across the group.
- Own our internal events - plan, organise and run the events and core group moments that connect every office. This is a big part of the role.
- Partner with our local teams - coordinate with team leads to keep local engagement and retention on track.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
