People Experience Partner

As a People Experience Partner, you will work closely with leaders to shape a positive, inclusive workplace culture while providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be hands-on, partnering day-to-day with managers to balance people-first decisions with commercial needs.

Qualifications

As a People Experience Partner, you will…

  • Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic, people-focused advice across performance, absence, wellbeing, disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases, working with specialist teams to reach fair and commercially sound outcomes.
  • Use people data and insights to influence talent, engagement and culture priorities within your business areas.
  • Coach and upskill line managers, building confidence and capability in handling employee lifecycle matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, tools and materials, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and Greene King values.

What You’ll Bring…

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy and best practice, with experience handling complex ER matters.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) or working towards, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions and improve people and business outcomes.
  • A collaborative, people-first mindset with the ability to balance operational priorities and long-term culture goals.
