People Hunter / Talent Acquisition Assistant
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Hunter / Talent Acquisition Assistant based in United Kingdom.
This remote role offers an opportunity to support a fast-paced, global talent acquisition operation while developing hands-on recruitment expertise. You will contribute to candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, and pipeline management. The position is designed for someone who already has recruitment or talent acquisition experience and enjoys working in a high-output environment. You will communicate with candidates across professional platforms and help maintain accurate recruitment tracking. The role also provides exposure to the crypto and Web3 sector, along with opportunities to learn from an international team. Strong performance can lead to increased earnings and potential progression into a full-time talent acquisition position.
Accountabilities:
- Support the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing platforms.
- Help coordinate interviews and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
- Keep recruitment trackers and related records accurate and up to date.
- Communicate recruitment progress and provide regular status updates to the team.
- Commit consistent daily hours to support a high-output recruitment operation.
- Contribute proactively to recruitment activities and help maintain an efficient candidate pipeline.

Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
- Ability to commit consistent daily working hours and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing recruitment pipelines and trackers.

- Candidates without prior talent acquisition or recruitment experience will not be considered.
