The Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating great employee experiences through clear, accessible information? Join our People Service & Process Enablement team and play a key role in shaping how employees and managers access the guidance and support they need.

As our People Knowledge & Enablement Specialist, you'll own and continuously improve People knowledge content across a range of HR processes, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and easy to find. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help simplify complex information, drive content governance and support the development of innovative self-service and AI-enabled solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine content management, continuous improvement and digital innovation to make a real impact on the colleague experience across a global organisation.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Shape the employee experience by creating clear, accessible and engaging People content that helps colleagues find the support they need, when they need it.
  • Partner with HR experts across the business to develop and enhance policies, guidance, processes and self-service resources.
  • Own the quality and governance of People knowledge, ensuring content is accurate, compliant and consistently maintained.
  • Drive continuous improvement by using feedback and insights to simplify information, improve user experiences and increase effectiveness.
  • Champion knowledge sharing and best practice, helping to create a more connected, efficient and customer-focused People function.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in knowledge management, content management, governance or a similar role within HR, People Services or a customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging and user-friendly content.
  • Experience managing content through its full lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, publishing and archiving.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Analytical and improvement-focused, using feedback, data and insights to enhance processes, content and user experience.
