People Lead - £70-90k + 20% Bonus - 1st People hire - Defence
Role: People Lead
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + 20% bonus + equity
Sector: Defence - you must have defence experience to be considered
Location: London
One of the most exciting scale ups within the defence space is looking for their first People Lead or Human Resources Lead. As a People Lead you will be responsible for working with senior leadership to establish the processes that enable this organization to grow.

A Tech start-up / scale up is advantageous but we are looking for someone who understands the defence sector and the processes required here.
